Face-to-face training
Our company is regularly doing personal meetings with clients related to particular topics in the solar industry. After long-term COVID-19 restrictions, we finally had the chance to chat face-to-face about EGE photovoltaic modules, solar production technologies, and maintenance. Last month, we used the opportunity to visit our LATAM clients. For example, together with Energía y Potencia, Eco Green Energy had an intensive talk about PV module technology, their maintenance, and cleaning, as well as off-grid installations for pumping solutions.
We also were delighted to meet our distributor, Industria Eléctrica Newline, and have conducted activity in Medellin, Bogota, and Cali in Colombia about our PV product range that offers an increasingly cost-effective alternative to fossil fuels. This training helped us know each other better, strengthened our trust, and will lead to more profound cooperation between us in the future.
Online webinars
Moreover, Eco Green Energy is committed to online webinars and virtual meetings, which allows reaching clients in any part of the world quickly to provide all the necessary information they would like to be aware of. This week we had a profound Team conference with our new distributor, Solarway-A, in Kazakhstan about the EGE PV modules, their key features, and possible solar systems applications.
In addition, for everyone keen on solar energy and its development, our Sales Representatives often make up free webinars. The meetings are available in English, French, Spanish, Russian, German, Arabic, and Italian – just regularly check our social media, find the event you would like to join, and sign up!
Online training center
If some distributors or clients lack time but would like to find out about the latest solar products, there possible to register on our e-learning platform to have access at any time when comfortable. They receive videos about detailed programs per product, quality control process (QA/QC), maintenance and cleaning of PV modules, as well as main features of high-efficient performance and what can affect it.
