With continuing our #SolarTripAroundTheWorld, today we are opening a mysterious curtain to a small European country – Latvia. The country is rich in diverse forests and mountains moreover it has the widest waterfall in Europe.

Venta Rapid is not as spectacular as Niagara Falls or Huangguoshu Waterfall in China and does not have the momentum that many falls do. This waterfall remains a short wall with flowing water and is very safe for walking over against the current. Sometimes you may even find salmon swimming and jumping over the fall!
