Installation of solar panels in Austria

Eco Green Energy solar panels are now available in Austria. Our new partner just installed around 60 EGE Helios Plus 450w modules for agriculture. The total capacity of the project is 27.5KW.

Our partner is Elektrotechnik Delic, which offers electrotechnical services in Austria. They serve both private customers and businesses. The company is committed to offering quick service at any time, including weekends and public holidays, to each of its clients. They can offer the complete installation and commissioning of photovoltaic systems.

Austrian photovoltaic market

The Austrian photovoltaic market is very dynamic. Austria has planned that 100% of its electricity should come from renewable sources by 2030. They will need to add 1.5GW of new capacity every year, starting from 2023.

Despite the ambition, there are some challenges to overcome to succeed. The two main challenges are social acceptance and grid expansion. Indeed, a 100% renewable electric mix requires a specific grid that can withhold the decentralized energy sources and storage to overcome intermittency.
